JERRY REID is a freelance writer and marketing consultant whose focus is web media and digital marketing. Jerry studied creative writing at Emerson College in Boston and communications studies at the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. A former intern for Minnow Media, Jerry now assists in all aspects of production. Jerry worked on Minnow's first two documentaries on Hurricane Floyd -- Hard Rain and Higher Ground. He also helped in the marketing of Minnow's first two CDs and as audio talent, recorded Minnow's Emmy-nominated song, "Vegetable Rap" for our documentary called Good Food, Good Moves: Growing Healthier Children in North Carolina.
